The Tempus Pergola is now 4th generation Pergola design and manufacturing. The coated aluminium and steel frame, have reinforced moving parts for extra longevity and durability.
The 3 x 4 meter pergola is a versatile product for domestic or commercial use. The rectangular shape is ideal for a large dining or lounging space. It can be locked together with another unit to cover a wider space if required.

In order to ensure structural integrity and optimum performance, the Tempus Pergola must be secured to a solid, flat surface. Ground fixing bolts will be provided for use on concrete, timber, paving slabs and/or composite decking that is sufficiently weight bearing. We strongly advise against attempting to locate the Pergolas on porcelain or ceramic surfaces.
Once installed, it will become the owner / operator’s responsibility to conduct periodic checks to ensure fixings stay tight and secure. We recommend full checks are carried out immediately after periods of heavy rainfall or high winds.
All Tempus Pergolas come with a two-year warranty on the frame, and a one-year warranty for the blinds and/or louvres.
The total roof structure is tested to withstand 600kg (25kg per slat). The product has been wind, rain and snow tested extensively. We advise customers to leave the roof slats open in snow conditions.
For self assemble customers we advise a minimum of 2 people, ideally 3. Make sure it is assembled and bolted onto a recommended surface (as explained above) Some experience of DIY is advised.

Please allow up to 7 days from date of order to delivery of product. Deliveries will be made via courier Mon- Fri between the hours of 9am-5pm.
We only ship to England, Scotland and Wales. We do not ship to Northern Ireland or Ireland.
We are constantly reviewing additional shipping options and intend to increase these over 2024 and 2025.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

When your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
