The WORST service experience ever!
The chairs I ordered for my holiday rental cottage have NOT been delivered, as wrongly stated in you message.
We received a email saying the first set had bern allegedly 'damaged' in transit and were returned before delivery. This was very disappointing: your couriers charge exorbitant prices - which we assumed would meant they would provide an excellent service!
I was then notified that replacements had been safely delivered to my housekeeper - while I was away on holiday.
Given I couldn't connect with my housekeeper from abroad at short notice, I hurriedly arranging for our old chairs to be disposed of: there's no room on the cottage terrace for two sets.
Meanwhile, my housekeeper hunted all over the village for the missing chairs.
After a series of emails, it then transpired that the tracking details and the message telling me the chairs had been safely delivered had been 'a mistake!'
Que? Despite repeated requests, we've never been offered an explanation about what's gone SO very wrong. And why we were falsely told the chairs HAD been delivered.
It now seems the chairs I've paid for were stolen from your warehouse before dispatch. And that no replacements will be available till next year.
What a total shambles - and so damaging to our little business!
Our rental cottage clients were left with no chairs on our terrace - which has beautiful sunsets - a major guest attraction!
As a busy person, I've wasted SO much time and effort trying to sort things out.
Your employee Sally has tried to help.
Sadly, so far, very unsuccessfully!
She's offered to supply other coloured chairs.
But the problems are compounded by the fact that the chair colours shown on your site are FAR from accurate representations.
Blue sky comes up as two TOTALLY different colours...one blue/grey subtle, one cyan bright!
But we really specifically wanted our ordered Sage Green chairs - to harmonise with our newly painted terrace!
If you are an honest, decent, professional company, HOW can you explain any of the above...

We experienced these whilst on holiday and used google search to identify the make and manufacturer. The guys at Refurnish provided excellent support in obtaining the correct number and colour and ensured delivery in time for a special occasion - WELL DONE! The chairs are excellent and very high quality!!

Excellent buy - my second chair! More comfortable than a wooden garden chair, virtually maintenance free and smart enough to bring indoors for extra seating.
There has been no colour fading on my earlier buy despite a summer of strong sunlight.
Highly recommended.
